1. Introduction

Welcome to techinterview.live ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Our Service allows you to conduct technical mock interviews, share code, and use collaborative tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts

You access our Service using third-party providers (GitHub or Google). You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your access credentials to these third-party accounts. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or compromise of your third-party accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of techinterview.live and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Italy and foreign countries.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

We do not share your Content with third parties, except as required to provide the Service. You control the privacy of your Content (public or private sessions/projects) and are solely responsible for these settings. We are not liable for any unexpected exposure of Content resulting from your configuration or choice to make Content public.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
